My Dorchester clinic opens 17 January, and I’m now taking advanced in-person bookings for Tuesday & Saturdays.

Where do you place your boundaries? What can you control? How will you exercise your limits? There are many things you can control and be grateful for. One way could be to write in a journal. It may be difficult to begin with. That's ok......... Just take one day or one thing at a time. Think or write about it, what it is, and how you will determine and exercise your boundaries.
